FULL BODY.

Your go-to workout that combines cardio, strength and core. I know time is of the essence so many of these are just 30 minutes so you can fit that full body workout in no matter how crazy your day is. 

SCULPT & STRENGTHEN.

Focus is on strengthening and toning — sometimes with props such as bands or weights, and sometimes using just your own body weight. Get ready to tighten your tush and whittle that waistline.

CORE FOCUSED.

Conditioning your core muscles is a part of every one of my videos. That said, in these videos, we'll focus exclusively on core because strengthening and rehabilitating the foundation of your body is essential in order to move efficiently in everyday life, avoid injury and feel and look your best.

JUST CARDIO.

Let’s face it. Sometimes you just need to sweat. Even if you only have 15 minutes, you will get that burn and you’ll feel sweaty and accomplished when you’re done.

 

Will I need equipment for the On Demand classes?

Simple answer, you will not need equipment. My on demand videos are designed to use only your bodyweight. However, I always give options to take your fitness level up a notch by using hand weights, resistance bands and gliders. Bottom line, equipment is not needed, but highly encouraged.
