My signature MIM workout begins with a short dynamic warm-up followed by three sets of exercises.
Each set offers a different cardio, strength and core-based movement that will challenge your stability, improve your fitness and leave you feeling stronger, sweaty and energized.
My goal is to educate, empower and motivate you to move in a functional way. To help you not only get stronger, but to feel better in your body.

There’s nothing quite like an interactive in-real-time workout, so since we can’t be physically together, join me on screen for 50 minutes of heart-pumping, toning and strengthening exercises. Modifications offered for every fitness level. Start your mornings off right with me on zoom!
ON DEMAND
Some of you, like myself, have energy or time in the early mornings, some of you want to workout at the end of the day, others at lunchtime. No live classes then? No problem. With the on demand library of classes, you will feel like I’m in the room with you. Even though I can’t see you, I will still correct your form and motivate you just as if it were a live Zoom. And even better, you can pick the type of workout you want and the amount of time you want to spend working out. Win win.
PARK FITNESS
Especially during this crazy time where you’ve been forced indoors for so many hours a day, there’s nothing like being outdoors in the park, feeling the sun on your face as you squat, plank and sweat among a group of other bad ass Brooklyn mommas.
