My mission for Move It Momma is to provide motivating, fun and realistic fitness programs specifically designed for moms (their bodies and lifestyles) that transcends just fitness, and offers support, camaraderie and motivation to lead a more balanced and fulfilling life. I hope to use my energy, knowledge and experiences to motivate you in my group classes and training sessions, and to inspire you through my blog posts.
As a mom who has experienced the sleepless nights, the sore boobs, the tantrums, the work-life balance conundrum, the many frustrations and many joys of motherhood, I get it, and I will help you navigate through it…while at the same time, motivating you to tone your tush, find your waistline again, and become the strong, healthy mom you want — and deserve — to be.
